Customer Support

Cread offers customer support for all customers with a valid license code for the respective download. This service is voluntary and Cread is not obliged to provide customer support in the future. This also means that Cread can arbitrarily ignore support requests.

Refund Policy

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller of Cread. Thus, your purchase including refunds if fully handled by Paddle. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. You can request a refund at https://paddle.net
Card refunds typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into the customer’s account. PayPal refunds typically re-appear in a customer’s account within 48 hours of requesting the refund. Card payments can only be refunded on transactions less than 90 days old, and PayPal payments if it is less than 179 days old.
